Description
- Design, implement, and improve production processes.
- Analyze data to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Conduct time studies and workflow analyses.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product standards.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to maximize productivity.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Production Planning, Inventory Control, and Demand Planning; strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits to manufacturing facilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
