iGaming Operations Manager will oversee and enhance the performance of the company's iGaming platform. The role involves managing user retention strategies, planning and executing online and offline campaigns, and leading teams including CSR, VIP support, and telemarketing.

• Develop and implement user retention strategies to maximize engagement and loyalty.
• Plan and execute online and offline promotional campaigns to enhance user activity and satisfaction.
• Manage and oversee the CSR team, VIP support team, and telemarketing team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive better performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
• Monitor competitor trends and market changes to adapt and refine operational strategies.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance and user engagement metrics.
• Strong ability to drive operational excellence through effective cross-department collaboration and data-driven improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field
• Has at least 5 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in iGaming industry
• Proven ability to design and implement user retention and engagement strategies
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing customer support and telemarketing teams
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on operational data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive cross-departmental alignment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis platforms is a plus
• Preferably with experience in planning and managing VIP programs or high-value user activities
• Strong knowledge in the iGaming industry trends and best practices
• Proficient in using computer tools like Excel, Tableau, or other reporting systems
• Amenable to start as soon as possible
