Job Summary:

The IAM Analyst is responsible for supporting and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure and efficient access control across the organization. This role involves configuring IAM tools, automating workflows, troubleshooting access issues, and ensuring compliance with security policies. The IAM Engineer works closely with IT, Security, and Business teams to maintain and improve IAM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

IAM System Implementation & Support:

• Assist in deploying and maintaining SailPoint IdentityNow, or CyberArk solutions.

• Manage IAM workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and user provisioning.

• Support IAM integrations with cloud and on-premises applications using APIs and scripting (PowerShell, Python).

Security & Compliance:

• Enforce IAM policies and security best practices.

• Monitor and troubleshoot access-related security events.

• Assist in user access reviews, certifications, and audit compliance requirements.

Technical Support & Process Optimization:

• Investigate and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.

• Improve IAM efficiency by automating manual tasks and optimizing access workflows.

• Maintain IAM documentation, including configurations, processes, and guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.

• CIAM certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Understanding of IAM principles, authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), and directory services (Active Directory, LDAP).

• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) for automation and integrations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
