Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, hand welding, assembly processes, stamping, compression molding, and electrical wiring.
Working Conditions: Work indoors and outdoors in various settings; may involve lifting heavy equipment.
