Description
1、结合行业特性及产品特性，策划新颖的营销活动、新玩法有创意的活动形式；
2、负责内外部资源整合及推进，把控项目关键节点，对营销效果负责；
3、持续关注行业动态，并结合已有运营活动，不断优化运营活动体验；
4、通过线上数据分析与用户反馈，对已有运营活动效果进行分析评估，持续优化调整运营策略。
Requirements
岗位要求：
1.全日制本科以上学历，英语专业四级或者公六（雅思6分）以上，英语可作为工作语言；
2.熟悉互联网营销玩法，有大型成功活动案例经历优先；
3.思维活跃有创意，逻辑清晰 ，有良好文案功底及数据敏感度
4.对数据敏感，擅长通过数据，分析合作效果并优化合作方案；
5.具备优秀的沟通能力、商务拓展能力；
6.擅长跨部门沟通协作，有较强的执行力和抗压能力。
7.思维敏捷、处事灵活，执行能力强，具有亲和力、强责任感和团队合作精神
