Human Resources Training Assistant Manager
Overall Objectives:
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Support the HR department in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Ensure training programs align with the company's strategic goals and objectives
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver training sessions on various topics, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training opportunities and develop customized training plans
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• A Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development is preferred but not required
