Recruitment & Selection
- Source applicants through various online channels.
- Recruit on job posting platforms and social media sites.
- Perform sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews
- Collaborate with the HRBP and HR team in staffing and selection.
- Consult with TA Specialist and HRBP to develop a recruitment plan.
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, to share with key stakeholders.
Education:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any related course
