- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and benefits administration.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Collect and analyze HR metrics for strategic planning.
Requirements
- Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, excellent verbal and written communication, computer literacy, talent acquisition, and candidate screening.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, screen candidates, maintain HR records, and communicate with prospective hires.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
