Description

• Administrative Management : Organize and process various administrative documents and forms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

• Recruitment Management : Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer issuance, and onboarding coordination.

• Onboarding Management : Oversee onboarding processes via Lark, including background checks, employment contract signing, and collection of necessary documents.

• Offboarding Management : Handle offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, salary clearance, and form completion.

• Recruitment Platform Management : Manage recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, Bossjob, LinkedIn) for postings, updates, and subscription renewals.

• Employee Relations and Support : Responsible for resolving day-to-day employee issues, assisting with employee suggestions, complaints, and various concerns to ensure high employee satisfaction.

• Training and Development : Assist in organizing employee training and development activities, supporting the enhancement of employee skills and career growth.

• Compensation and Benefits Management: Assist in salary surveys, analyze market compensation trends, and maintain and update the company’s compensation structure. Manage and coordinate employee benefit programs, such as insurance and leave, to ensure employee satisfaction with benefits.

• Performance Management : Assist in driving and implementing the performance appraisal system, collaborating regularly with department managers to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Assist in providing performance feedback and development suggestions to ensure continuous improvement in employee performance.

• Legal Compliance and Internal Policies: Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, ensuring the company’s HR practices are legally compliant. Support the company in handling labor contracts, employee discipline, and other legal matters.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields is preferred.
  •  At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience, with a focus on recruitment or external coordination.
  •  Familiar with labor laws and related regulations, with an understanding of the company's compliance requirements.
  •  Detail-oriented with strong document handling and data processing skills.
  •  Proactive and capable of independently managing tasks and providing solutions.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm, with the ability to solve problems independently.
  •  Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  •  Willing to relocate to another country
