This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Manager at De Castro Consulting. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is based in Taguig but offers flexibility for some work from home.

• Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
• Performance Management and Compliance knowledge
• Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
