Job Title: Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager at Vanity Connections is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, policy development, performance management, and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in building HR strategies, managing change, and driving organizational development.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, DOLE compliance, and HR regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and experienced in HRIS, payroll systems, and digital collaboration tools.
