Description

Recruitment

  • Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting orientation and maintaining records and information.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data in the HR database.
  • Coordinate with PESO and conducts local recruitment activities
  • Liaises with university and college for schedule of career fairs

Onboarding

  • Encode employee information in the HR database.
  • Schedule new hires for onboarding and contract signing schedule.
  • Conducts new hire orientation
  • Issues uniforms and company ID

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Development
  • Registered psychometrician is an advantage
  • Proactive personality and self-starter
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has a strong initiative to multitask and detail oriented in a fast-paced working environment
