Description

  • Manage and maintain employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process employee separations, including clearance, exit interviews, and preparation of final documentation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to complete offboarding requirements.
  • Generate HRIS reports and provide data support for HR-related decisions.
  • Support HR team in ensuring smooth transitions during employee offboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR operations, preferably with exposure to HRIS and/or offboarding processes and other HR admin tasks
  • Knowledge of HR systems, employee records management, and labor compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality in handling employee data.
  • Willing to be assigned in Parañaque area
