Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Process payroll and benefits administration.
- Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
