Description
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support employee training and development initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems
- Assist in benefits administration and payroll processing
- Help organize employee engagement and retention programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Provide support in conflict resolution and performance management
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, communication, employee relations, talent management, and compensation & benefits.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require occasional extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, approachable, and a team player.
