Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and culture fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Stay updated on current recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or relevant field.
  • Must have at least two (2) years experience in HR position.
  • Must have an experience in Recruitment 
  • Coordination and monitoring of Recruitment activity 
  • Knowledge and familiarity with local labor laws
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Good leadership and managerial supervision.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making attitudes are required.
