Description
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Expose to Construction Company
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, especially in recruitment and payroll processes.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS systems, talent acquisition strategies, payroll processing, and excellent written communication.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; some flexibility may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
