Description


  • Coordinate and assist in planning internal events, meetings, and company activities
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the HR functions
  • Manage calendars, appointments, email correspondence, and follow-ups
  • Conduct light research, handle basic reporting, and maintain organized records

Requirements


  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in administrative support or HR is a plus, but not required
