Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and maintaining HR records.
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
Facilitate employee training and development programs.
Handle employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
Assist with payroll processing and compliance tasks.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in HR functions.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in communication, employee relations, payroll processing, HRIS, recruiting, and compensation and benefits management.
Working Conditions: Typically an office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and solid interpersonal skills.
