  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively source, attract, and engage qualified Kasambahay applicants using social media platforms (Facebook groups, YouTube, TikTok) and recruitment networks.
  • Interviewing & Screening: Conduct initial and follow-up interviews to assess candidate suitability, experience, and job readiness.
  • Deployment & Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from screening to final placement, ensuring candidates are prepared for deployment.
  • Client Management: Communicate with clients to match them with suitable candidates based on their specific household staffing needs.
  • Database & Record-Keeping: Maintain an organized and up-to-date applicant database for easy reference and follow-ups.
  • Market & Industry Awareness: Stay updated on trends in domestic staffing and recruitment to enhance sourcing strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring for domestic worker roles is preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and screening best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital and social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
