- Recruit and onboard new employees.
- Manage employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management processes.
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Officer or HR Generalist.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, candidate screening, and payroll management. Strong communication, attention to detail, and employee relations skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, handle employee relations, assist with payroll, and maintain employee records.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with occasional remote work flexibility. Standard working hours apply.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
