Description
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment and onboarding process
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date and compliant
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Support performance management and employee evaluation processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Organize training and development programs
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Process payroll and monitor attendance/leave records (if required)
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
