Description
- Do the schedule of employees
- Processing of contractor’s billing
- Conduct monitoring to technicians
- Check email
- Inform technicians about mall concerns
- Checking of billing
- Check personnel’s attendance
- Do clerical works and other related works asked by the superior
- Schedule events and activities in engineering department
- Does timekeeping of Engineering Maintenance
Requirements
- Willing to be assigned in Paco, Manila
- College graduate of any 2yrs or 4yrs course
- With experience in clerical works is a must
- Computer literate
- Accurate in details
- Flexible in location
- With certificate of employment
- Flexible and can work on a fast-paced environment
- Physically and mentally fit for the job and in good health
- Punctuality and reliability are very important
