Description

Reports administratively and functionally to the HRD Manager;
Assists in the design, implementation, communication and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
Supervises daily compensation and benefits administration;
Administers the company's HRIS;
Provides support to managers and staff having concerns on compensation and benefits;
Transacts with SSS, Phil Health and HDMF Offices;
Transacts with designated banks and facilitates application for payroll accounts of employees;
Keeps updates on general labor standards and other laws/advisories pertaining to compensation and benefits.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience Level:1-3 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and payroll.
Skills and Competencies:Proficient in HRIS, excellent communication skills, strong presentation capabilities, and process management.
Responsibilities and Duties:Oversee employee relations, manage payroll and benefits, and support leadership development and training.
Working Conditions:Office environment with occasional remote work options.
Qualities and Traits:Strong leadership, ability to handle confidential information, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
