Job Description

Description

  • Responsible for sourcing, paper screening, interviewing, and conducting phone screens for candidates from entry to officer levels. 
  • Manages the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintains candidate tracking sheets in Excel.

Requirements

  • Available to render work at least 4 days per week.
  • Currently residing in Makati or nearby areas.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
  • Graduating student (4th year college).
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
