Description :
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes
- Help maintain HR databases and assist with preparing of reports and presentations
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and record-keeping
- Participate in organizing company events and career fairs
- Business development and sales
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field
- Fresh Graduate/Student with a passion for HR and eagerness to learn
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, Meticulous Attention to Detail, and Superior Written & Verbal Communication Skills
