Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded HR professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience, demonstrating expertise across all facets of human resources. This role requires a balance of strict policy implementation and a strong people-centric approach. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting our employees and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct thorough investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS data, and prepare HR reports.
  • Payroll Support: Provide support to payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and national labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
  • Proven expertise in all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance strict policy implementation with a people-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
