Drive Strategic People Initiatives

  • Be a critical partner to the Sales team, aligning HR strategies with frontline business goals.
  • Be on the ground as an HR Business Partner and enable a dynamic, agile, and high-performing sales team through impactful people solutions tailored to the field.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential field talent, strengthen succession pipelines, and reinforce a performance-driven culture across regional sales force.
  • Support territory planning, organizational structure, and headcount deployment to ensure optimal coverage and productivity in the field.


Champion Field Employee Engagement and Well-being

  • Cultivate a strong, positive, and inclusive work environment for our Sales team operating in the field.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor and advocate for the unique needs of our Sales team across all regions and territories in the Philippines.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives while adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of our Sales team.


Manage Core HR Concerns

  • Serve as the primary contact for field-related HR concerns including payroll inquiries, labor issues, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any other related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HRBP role.
  • Familiarity with Labor Laws, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance.
  • Proven track record in driving strategic HR initiatives and managing organizational change.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
