HR generalist who will be able to assist in all facets of HR.
Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Participate in employee training and development programs.
Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related issues.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruiting, employee relations and employee engagement.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll, compensation, and benefits. Strong talent acquisition ability.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, facilitate employee relations, and assist in timekeeping and payroll processing.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong people management abilities.
