Description
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, and support HR initiatives.
