Job Description
We're seeking a customer service for our travel account who can handle inquiries for reservations for hotel accommodations, manage account records, and among other tasks.
Join us to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets!
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year In Hospitality industry (for travel account like Expedia, Traveloka, Klook and Hotel and with reservation experience)
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willing to work onsite in Makati and start immediately
- Available for graveyard shift
