The DCX Sales Assistant will work as a full-time employee for DCX PH Inc. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by your immediate supervisor.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• CRM Entry and contract management
• Managing sales proposals for new and existing clients
• Assisting with outreach, follow-up, and daily communication with US based clients.
• Researching and organization for business development
• Representing the company at virtual meetings

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales support or similar role.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Must have experience using CRM and other organizational software. Experience in HubSpot is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: BPO experience is a plus.
• General knowledge of roofing industry is a plus but not a requirement.

• Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - PHP 40,000 with Bonus opportunities.
