Job Description

Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or web chat

Perform troubleshooting and maintenance actions to resolve user issues

Respond to inquiries and problems following established procedures

Accurately log and track all incidents and support calls in the system in a timely manner

Job Requirements

Details:

At least two (2) years completed in college, or a completed diploma/certificate course, or completed Senior High School under the new curriculum

Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Strong customer service orientation

Must consistently meet or exceed required performance metrics

Willing and able to handle a high volume of calls when necessary

Familiar with PC hardware and software troubleshooting

Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Must be open to a full onsite work arrangement

Work Location:

3rd, 5th, and 6th Floor, iMet BPO Tower I, Pasay City
