- Provide haircuts, styling, and coloring services.
- Provide hair services, maintain cleanliness, manage appointments, and consult with clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Recommend hair care products to clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: No formal education required
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cutting and styling, sanitation, hygiene practices, and effective time management. Creativity is essential.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced salon environment, flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for hair care.
