- Manage front desk operations, handle reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and assist guests with inquiries.
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle reservations and address guest inquiries.
- Process payments and provide accurate billing information.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience.
- Report any issues to the management promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a hotel or customer service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer systems, exceptional customer service abilities, and strong communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced hotel environment, may require night or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
