Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in using golf simulator equipment
• Provide guidance and technical support for simulator operations
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of simulator stations
• Monitor equipment usage and report any technical issues
• Manage session schedules and ensure timely transitions
• Promote safety and a positive customer experience
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth daily operation

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing or tech-related role (preferably in sports, fitness, or hospitality)
• Comfortable with operating digital or tech equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
