• Location: Remote (Preference for Philippines-based applicants)
• We are a U.S.-based private real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily assets across key national markets. Since 2013, we have successfully owned and operated over 3,200 units, with a portfolio valued at $550 million. As a performance-driven, systems-oriented organization, we are seeking a highly capable Accountant to uphold the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our financial operations and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform monthly account reconciliations
• Record and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Track capital expenditures and allocate costs across properties
• Assist with tax filings, internal audits, and coordination with external CPAs
• Manage data entry and financial reporting from property management software (e.g., ResMan, Entrata)
• Monitor bank activity, loan payments, and escrow account balances
• Provide audit-ready financials to support investor reporting requirements
• Ensure ongoing compliance with GAAP standards and internal controls
• Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, workflows, and SOPs

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Eagerness to learn U.S. accounting standards and adopt new financial tools
• Bonus: Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting systems (not required)
