Description
- Preparation of basic monthly requirement of BIR.
- Verification and filing of Withholding Tax on compensation and expanded – every 10th of the following month.
- Preparation of monthly VAT returns – every 20th of the month.
- Preparation of quarterly VAT returns – every 25th of the month succeeding the quarter.
- Preparation of quarterly FBT returns – every 15th of the month.
- Prepares die material consumption, subcon/EDM/HT and in-process costing report every 3rd of the month.
- Conduct monthly inventory.
- Filing of all pertinent documents gathered / accumulated during the week –Every Saturday
- Assist in the preparation of various schedules in preparation of Financial Statements.
- Handles costing of press parts and die project.
- Handles inventory costing for finished goods, in-process parts, in-process die and raw materials.
- Prepares Die Project cost monitoring.
- Prepare request for payment for Trade payables.
- Check non-trade request for payment.
- Check sales invoices.
- Send email of remittance advice monthly and BIR Form 2307 to supplier.
Requirements
- 22-25 years old
- graduate of accounting course
- with 1-2 yrs. experience in accounting related work, computer literate, analytical and hardworking.
- Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
