Responsibilities:

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for developing and enhancing Netbank Virtual components. These components are likely to include:

• External APIs
• Front-end interfaces (such as Websites and Dashboards)
• Software Development Kits (SDKs)
• Specialized Tools and interfaces

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for:

• Developing API and front-end components.
• Conducting code review and quality checks.
• Adhering of component development and releases to the dev team’s structure, guidelines, and best practices.
• Improving the programming and the architecture.
• Creating reusable and modular core components and managing them.
• Creating a code template, as well as guidelines and standards.
• Fine-tuning the component performance and the code.
• Performing functional and performance testing.
• Troubleshooting and resolving component issues.

Metrics to monitor

• Number of new/enhanced components released
• Turnaround Time in developing and releasing new components
• Reliability and quality (measured by the number of issues/bugs found) of the components that were built and released
