- Oversee daily front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain inventory and manage guest reservations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies.
- Oversee front desk operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a front office or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and experience with customer relationship management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, approachable, and attentive to details.
