Job Roles and Responsibilities

As a Front-End Developer, your role is instrumental in creating and maintaining websites that

provide exceptional user experiences. You will play a crucial part in developing dynamic and interactive

user interfaces using React JS and implementing standard HTML/CSS practices. Your technical expertise

and collaboration with designers, programmers, and other colleagues will contribute to the successful

delivery of high-quality websites.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, well-structured, and reusable code using React JS, HTML, and CSS to implement
  
  website functionalities and user interfaces.

• Utilize your knowledge of HTML and CSS to convert design mockups into fully functional
  
  websites that are responsive, visually appealing, and optimized for various devices and
  
  browsers.

• Collaborate closely with web designers, programmers, and other colleagues to ensure the
  
  successful delivery of high-quality websites.

• Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and collaborate with
  
  backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.

• Maintain clear and regular communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure a
  
  shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Provide accurate time estimates for assigned tasks and actively participate in project planning
  
  and progress meetings.

• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends. Conduct research to explore
  
  new tools, frameworks, and software programs that can enhance the development process.

• Document software processes, procedures, and guidelines for future reference.

• Develop and implement backup and contingency plans to minimize website downtime and
  
  ensure uninterrupted user experience.

• Monitor and resolve any issues related to website performance, security, or availability.

• Continuously maintain and enhance existing websites by implementing new features, improving
  
  performance, and optimizing user interfaces.

• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
  
  Equivalent experience and self-taught expertise will also be considered.

• Proficiency in React JS and its core principles.

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Familiarity with modern frontend development tools and frameworks, such as Webpack and
  
  Babel.

• Knowledge of version control systems, like Git, and collaborative development workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
