- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist guests with reservations and provide information about services.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Willing to relocate
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 2 year of experience in a reception or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, and handling phone calls.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office settings, requiring multi-tasking in a busy environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
