Description
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Load and unload goods from vehicles and storage areas.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and record keeping.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow.
- Operate forklifts to move materials, unload/loading shipments, and perform inventory checks.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification preferred but not required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment, potential exposure to hazardous materials.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, safety-oriented, team player with a can-do attitude.
