  • Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure project completion.
  • Coordinate tasks among workers and subcontractors.

  • Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in construction management or supervisory roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor work in various weather conditions, may require physical labor.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
