  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites.
  • Oversee daily operations, manage workforce, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain safety standards.
  • Manage crew, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Coordinate tasks and monitor project progress.
  • Communicate with project managers and clients.
  • Resolve on-site issues efficiently.
  • Train and mentor team members.
  • Maintain equipment and site organization.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of progressive experience in construction and project supervision.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, AFES, and strong project management skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily outdoor work at construction sites, potentially exposed to varying weather conditions.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
