Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Compliance Manager must have a strong background in compliance and regulatory strategies to ensure contractual obligations are met for each respective campaign. The ability to implement and monitor the compliance program based on different standards such as security, quality, risk management, regulatory and client contractual requirement is fundamental to the role. Partnering and working with different levels of the operations team and support groups is vital to strengthen the program, to ensure that accountability is across the board.
Baseline Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years’ experience working in BPO or related industry.
• 2+ years’ experience in the leadership role.
• Experience managing a team, setting clear expectations, and measuring outcomes.
• Experience partnering with operations and support teams to inform and guide the direction of compliance needs for operations and sales groups.
• Experience developing and creating processes and procedures.
• Impeccable ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish, implement, and maintain processes that assure compliance with all applicable requirements and laws.
• Partner with departments and develop solutions that suit the company and client needs.
• Keep up to date with compliance requirements and ensure departments and senior stake holders within the company understand their responsibilities.
• Perform internal reviews, audits and tests to ensure continuous compliance.
• Develop frameworks and governance structures that respond to the needs of the company and the client.
• Coordinate with the legal department and clients in understanding client compliance requirements.
• Implement changes based on client compliance requirements.
• Ensure internal reporting is performed and maintained according to any requirements that apply to the company.
• Review and improve compliance procedures and processes for relevant departments.
• Coordinate with global compliance function to ensure policies and processes are implemented and performed accordingly.
• Facilitate, coordinate, and assist in client led audits and aid in the preparation for client led audits.
• Coordinate any other compliance functions and delegate responsibilities.
• Lead, train, and improve the skills of direct reports.
• Manage ad-hoc tasks as needed by the leadership team
