Description

  • Assist customers with menu selections and food orders
  • Serve food and beverages to patrons in a timely manner
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries
  • Support kitchen staff during peak hours

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in food service or cashier roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in cashiering, excellent customer service, and basic math skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with possible extended standing and interaction with customers.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
