Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording of fixed assets.

•Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.

•Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.

•Calculate asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets to which AROs are applicable.

•Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets.

•Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of.

Qualifications:

•Preferably with experience in a Global Account to Report function of a large multi‐state company

•Understanding of US GAAP concept

•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.

•Successfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

•With experience with accounting system like SAP, JDE, ARIBA et

•With experience in automation systems like Macrotool, Alteryx, Tableau etc

Educational Attainment:

•A minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.

Work Experience Requirements:

•At least 1‐3 years professional experience preferably in shared service / BPO industry or multinational corporation

Work Schedule: 2 HC – Night Shift

Work Set-up: Paranaque City (Hybrid)
