The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver insights on financial trends, drive cost efficiencies, and optimize business performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators
• Develop financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
