Description

A Financial Advisor provides clients with expert guidance on managing their finances, including investments, savings, insurance, and retirement planning. The goal is to help clients achieve financial security and long-term financial goals by offering tailored advice and financial products that suit their needs and life stages.


  • Assess clients’ financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance through in-depth consultations.
  • Create personalized financial plans covering budgeting, saving, investing, retirement, education, and insurance.
  • Recommend suitable financial products such as life insurance, investment plans, health insurance, and retirement funds.
  • Assist clients with policy applications, documentation, and claims.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to review and update financial plans based on changes in client goals or market conditions.
  • Educate clients on financial literacy, investment options, and insurance benefits.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest financial tools, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and client confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree: any 4-year course (Graduated or at least 4th year college graduating this year).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Strong sales and customer service abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to client success.
